This tutorial is designed to assist Avalon PALS students to practice:

• move and click the mouse
• locate links and buttons on web pages
• type information in boxes, cut and paste
• use lists, radio buttons and drop-down boxes etc.

The Intermediary Level covers

• advanced select and paste, dragging etc
• widow navigation using sliders
• right clicking

The Intermediary Level can be started from the home page

Mouse Practice is web based but wll also assist students when using other Windows based applications. This tutorial is self paced and can be used without tutor supervision.

Please note:

• The application may not work with older browsers
• Active X must be enabled
• Popups must be allowed
• The forward/back buttons are for the tutors use only
• The cut/copy Edit menu refers to the IE6 menu and not the IE7 ribbon. The application detects if the browser is IE7 and alerts the user via a popup to look for the IE7 'Page' item
